Based on Tunisian harissa paste this sauce combines roasted red peppers with three types of chiles for a well-rounded flavorful heat. Whether it's pizza, eggs, sausages, or whatever else your snacking on, this is a great all around sauce for spicing things up.
pear habanero
A put-this-on-everything-can't-live-without-it sauce!
This bright, sweet, tangy hot sauce has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy brought together with fresh pears and habaneros. Add an extra kick to just about anything: pizza, burritos, eggs or chicken wings. We've even been known to put a drop or two on vanilla ice cream!
Los Roast Verde
A collaboration using bright and punchy hatch chiles!
The newest addition to the Wet Wizard product line features locally roasted green Hatch chiles from Los Roast. Along with tomatillo, onion, and garlic, the perfect blend of lime juice, herbs, and spices makes a perfect verde sauce.

All of the Wet Wizard sauces were developed with flavor in mind from the beginning. We enjoy adding spice and heat to our food, but not at the expense of our tastebuds! Part of the reason that the Wet Wizard sauces are so special is that they will add a layer of flavor AND heat to your food that you don't get with many hot sauces on the market today.
The sauces are gluten-free and vegan.
While we don't use organic ingredients we do strive to support local farms and businesses when we source our ingredients. Someday we hope to offer organic versions - stay tuned!
